About the TLG Creations Customer:
It is our policy to keep customer information completely confidential.
We will not sell, trade or give away any information such as email, mailing addresses, phone numbers of our customers collected during the ordering process. All information collected is for TLG Creations business only. From time to time we may send email notifications on sales, promotional events such as coupons, gift certificates and possible mail publications in relations of TLG Creations within our store.
Phone numbers are only collected for order issues and not for phone soliciting. Phone numbers may be used in regards of an order in relationship to the customer.
All orders placed on line are subject for review for fraud and authorization prior to shipping. We reserve the right to reject any order that does not pass the review. The customer will be notified by email if an order he or she places is rejected. Valid email addresses must be submitted through the online ordering process.
In respect to cookies, our website storefront sets cookies only in regards to help the customer in shopping. The cookies last 24 hours. We do not view information collected by these cookies.
In regards to credit card information TLG Creations does not collect, store or view complete credit card information.
