Q: Do you have a physical store?
A: No. We are purely a home based business in northern Florida, the Panama City area. We only sell online through this website and Ebay.
Q: Do you have a printed catalog?
A: No, but you may view and purchase our product line here.
Q: How long has TLG Creations been in buisness?
A:We've been in business for nine years, since 1997. We are a legitimate business with license.
Q: Do you give wholesale discounts?
A: No. However, from time to time we have product specials. We do have a clearance department please view that department here.
Q: What types of payments to you accept?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Paypal payments, checks and money orders.
Q: Is your shopping cart secured?
A: Yes, if you go to "check out" notice in your browser's address bar you will see a "https" at the start of the URL address. This will continue through the check out process. This is caused by SSL of (Secured Socket Layer) a security certificate issued by an authority. This allows encrypted information to be transferred safely. We use Inuit QuickBooks Merchant Services or Paypal to process credit card transactions securely.
Q: Do you keep my information on file?
A: Only your shopping preferrences will be stored. However no one will be able to view your information nor transfer it. You will be asked to resubmit your payment information with each shopping trip.
Q: I am not comfortable using my credit card online. Do you take phone orders?
A: Yes, we have just been able to process orders over the phone. You may call 321-258-9343. However, we do not keep your credit card information on our files.
Q: I can't find my product in your catalog. Do you take cus tom orders?
A: Yes, we welcome custom orders. However due to the nature of the transaction we will require payment in advance. Please allow 7-14 days for processing. A photo of the finished product will emailed to you for preship approval. You may submit a custom order either by using our form or just by emailing us.
Q: What if I don't like or approve my custom order?
A: We make the product according to your specifications. However adjustments can be made to the order to your satisfaction any time prior to shipping. Simple adjustments can be made at no extra cost, at our discretion. We do what we can to make your order to your satisfaction.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: Yes, we will issue refunds of the purchased price of your order up to 10 days after you've received your order. You will need to contact us for prior authorization to return order. A: From time to time we may have promotions either storewide or certain products, new products or important announcements from TLG Creations. A: No absolutely not. TLG Creations will not sell, share or give out any information submitted by you. You will not receive offers from anyone other than TLG Creations from this list.
